Tabelin GROVER CITY Eugene B. Tabelin, 72, a resident of Grover City, died Monday in a Sacramento hospital. Memorial services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Sunset Funeral Chapel, Grover City with Father Michael O'Sullivan of St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Arroyo Grande officiating.

Mr. Tabelin was born July 4, 1910 in the Philippine Islands. He had been a resident of Grover City since 1927. He had been employed with Phelan and Taylor of Arroyo Grande and Bonita Packing of Santa Maria. Survivors include his widow, Mildred Tabelin, Grover City; sons, Sonny Nash, Santa Maria, Eugene Nash and Victor Nash, both of Alaska; daughters, Mae Ayers and Debbie Tabelin, both of Sacramento, Pat Lilly, San Ramon, Roberta Todd and Cindy Tabelin, both of San Luis Obispo and Ellena Engle, Arroyo Grande; 14 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Louise M. Simpson Louise M. Simpson, 94, a resident of Nipomo, died Monday in a Santa Maria convalescent hospital. Catholic Prayer services will be held Saturday in the Chapel of the Heady and Son, Inc. Funeral Home, Louisville, Kentucky.

Burial will follow in the Louisville Memorial Gardens, Louisville. Mrs. Simpson was born Aug. 22, 1888 in Louisville, Kentucky. She had been a resident of Nipomo for the past years, moving there in February 1980.

She was a homemaker and had owned and operated the Grey Street Inn in Louisville for 12 years. Survivors include her son, Richard Lucas, Nipomo; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Magner-Maloney Funeral Home is in charge of local funeral arrangements. Isabel I. Sheehy Isabel I.

"Lizzie" Sheehy, 88, a resident of Nipomo, died Tuesday in a Santa Maria convalescent hospital. Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Nipomo with Msgr.

James Marron and Rev. Donald J. Baxter, CSP, a grandson, officiating. Burial will follow in the Arroyo Grande Cemetery. Mrs.

Sheehy was born April 20, 1894 in Nipomo to David and Cipriana Dana of the pioneer Dana family. She was the granddaughter of Capt. William Dana, founder of Nipomo. She had been a lifelong resident of Nipomo. She was a charter member of St.

Joseph's Catholic Church and a member of the Altar Society at the church. She was active in the PTA in Nipomo. Survivors include her son, Dan F. Sheehy, Nipomo; daughters, Ruth Ann Tompkins, Casmalia and Mary Baxter, Westwood; sister, Ruth Dowell, Santa Maria; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan F.

Sheehy on Feb. 7, 1974; brothers, David D. Dana on May 27, 1982 and Amos Dana in 1972; sisters, Minerva White and Diana Dana in 1974; grandson, Timothy Sheehy, Feb. 26, 1979. Pallbearers will include Dan Sheehy III, Nick Tompkins, Patrick M.

Baxter, John Dowell, David Dana and Jimmy Sheehy. Mr. Churchman was born Aug. 22, 1921 in Santa Rosa. He had been employed as a teacher for 18 years at Hanco*ck College and previously for two years at Santa Maria High School, both in the electronics field. He was the author of two textbooks on electronics.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Air Force during World War II and was a member of MENSA. Survivors include his widow, Patricia Churchman, Santa Maria; sons, Kim Churchman and Michael Churchman, both of Santa Maria and Terrence Churchman, Monrovia; daughter, Deirdre Churchman, Santa Maria; sisters, Hazel Aldrich, Ventura and Lois Patterson, Menlo Park. Fabela was born June 10, 1932 in Salinas. He had been a resident of Santa Maria for the past. 40 years, moving from Salinas. He was last employed as a gardner with the Orcutt Bluff Homes. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of the National Guard.

Survivors include his widow, Jessie Fabela, Santa Maria; sons, Mark Fabela, Manuel Fabela, Abraham Fabela and Martin Fabela, all of Santa Maria; brothers, Michael Fabela, Santa Maria and Arthur Fabela, Yarnell, sisters, Dolores Smith, Missouri, Virginia Roybal and June Rodriguez, both of Los Angeles and Theresa Fabela, Santa Maria; father, Manuel Fabela, Yarnell, Ariz.
