Can you trade in your phone with Google? ›

Trade in your device without leaving home. We'll mail you a trade-in kit with a prepaid label. Once we get your old device, credit is issued to the form of payment.

Trade-in through Google Store is available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Trade-ins can only be added during checkout. Trade-ins can't be added to a Google Store order after you checkout.

After we get your phone, we'll verify the trade-in value and send an email with details on when to expect a refund or account credit. If you're financing your new device, you get an account credit. If you're paying for your new device in full, you get a refund up to the cost of your device purchase.
