To prepare, chop or grind cooked turkey. Add enough mayonnaise to hold meat together. Season with salt and pepper and some chopped almonds. Spread generously on buttered round bun halves and sprinkle with grated cheese. Broil about 4 minutes and serve.
Open Sandwich 8 slices bread cup medium grated cheddar cheese (packed down) 8 tablespoons mayonnaise or mayonnaise type salad dressing 1 teaspoon prepared tard 1 can sardines, drained Large tomato, sliced Toast bread on one side only, under broiler. Mix cup cheese with mayonnaise and mustard. Spread on untoasted sides of bread. Cover edges. Cover cheese mixture with tomato and sardines.
