How to Log In

You can log in to your LOFT credit card on the Comenity website. Just select 'Sign In' at the top of your screen and you'll see a login box appear on the right side of the screen. You'll be asked to enter your LOFT credit card Username and Password.

New Promotion

As of November 2023, LOFT has a new promotion for first-time card applicants. This promotion offers you a $20 discount on your first qualifying purchase when you open and use a LOFT Credit Card at LOFT-affiliated brands. The offer requires a minimum purchase of $20.01 and only applies to online purchases. It's important to note that this promotion is valid for a limited time, specifically within 24 hours from the moment the LOFT Credit Card is used for the initial purchase. This means you'll need to open the card, make a purchase, and spend more than $20.01 all within a 24 hour period.

Resetting Your Password

If you don't remember your LOFT credit card Username and Password, just click the Username / Password button on the Sign In form. You'll then be asked for your Account Number or Username, which you created when you registered your account. You'll then need to specify your Zip Code, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and your Identification type. The Identification Type is the Social Security Number (SSN), Social Insurance Number (SIN) or Alternative Identification Number (AIN) that you used when you applied for your LOFT credit card.

Checking Your Balance

Once you log in, you'll be able to see your LOFT credit card balance, including when purchases were made and when your payment is due. Your payment terms are governed by your cardholder agreement.

Making a Payment

You can pay your LOFT credit card by logging into your account. Alternatively, payments can be made without logging in by simply utilizing Comenity EasyPay. This feature enables you to apply payments to your account in a couple of clicks, just by entering some basic account info. What are the LOFT credit card Benefits?

As a cardholder, you'll earn points for every purchase that you make with your LOFT credit card Credit Card. These points typically range from 1-3 points per dollar depending on the purchase category. For example, you could earn 3 Points per $1 spent at LOFT, 2 Points per $1 spent on eligible gas station and grocery store purchases, and 1 Point per $1 spent everywhere else. This rewards program is provided by Comenity Bank, which issues the LOFT Card and governs its terms and conditions. From time to time, Comenity Bank may also make special offers to earn additional Points. You must opt in to these special offers ahead of time in order to earn the Points as retroactive credits can not be given.

When do my points expire?

Points will generally expire 36 months after the date that they are posted to your account.
