QUEENSBURY – Joyce Rose Flower, 74 of Sunnyside North,passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family Thursday afternoon,December 30, 2021.

Born on March 19, 1947 in the Bronx, she grew up in GlensFalls and was the daughter of the late Charles and Margo (Santiago) Hernandez.

Joyce was a graduate of Glens Falls High School andcontinued her education at Mary McClellan Hospital School of Practical Nursingin Cambridge, NY. She worked and studied hard, earning her license as apractical nurse.

In 1967, she married James Flower at St. Alphonsus Churchin Glens Falls.

Joyce was a patriot who served her country in the UnitedStates Navy Reserves, and was activated during Operations Desert Storm andDesert Shield. For many years, Joyce was employed at the Irongate Family Practicein Glens Falls and continued to work with Dr. Tedesco, going on home visits.She was a dedicated Christian and member of the Durkeetown Baptist Church priorto moving to Queensbury and joining New Hope Community Church.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by herhusband of 47 years, James Flower, who passed away in 2014.

Joyce is survived by her children, Joanna (Jacqueline) Duncan and her husband, Cary of Norristown, PA and Michele Shpakowsky and her husband, Philip of Alberta, Canada; her grandchildren, Josiah, Jedidiah, Trinity and Moriah; her sisters, Margo Guglielmo, Charlene Endal, Mary O’Marra, Betty Hernandez and Linda Thompson; her brothers, Charles (Sonny) Hernandez, Frank Hernandez and Joe Hernandez; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews whom she loved very much – her favorites knew who they were.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, January4, 2022 at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls. All visitorsare required to wear a face mask upon entering the building, regardless ofvaccination status.

Amemorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2022 at New HopeCommunity Church, 454 Corinth Road in Queensbury.

Joyce will be laid to rest with her husband at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in a private service to be held at a later date.

HUDSON FALLS – Michael P. Gilligan, 67 of Hudson Falls,passed away unexpectedly on December 28, 2021 at Glens Falls Hospital.

Born on April 4, 1954 in Ithaca, NY, he was the son ofJacquelyn (Lyke) Gilligan and the late Ronald Gilligan.

Michael was a graduate of South Glens Falls High Schooland, after graduation, proudly served his country in the United States Army. Heworked for several years as a machine operator at Valcor.

Michael was an outdoorsman who took meticulous care of his lawn. He loved deer hunting, enjoyed gambling, playing horseshoes, playing the lottery and riding his Harley.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Rachel Gilligan of Hudson Falls; his siblings, Ronald Gilligan and his wife, Danielle, Keith Gilligan and his wife, Jo Anna, Deb Rotolo and her husband, Tom, John Gilligan, Shannon Gilligan, Amy Johnson and her husband, Andy; his former sister in law, Linda Gilligan; his former wife, Joan Gilligan and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday,January 5, 2021 at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in HudsonFalls. Allvisitors are required to wear a facemask upon entering the building, regardlessof vaccination status.

HUDSON FALLS– Susan J. Ringer, 72, of Ninth Ave., passed away peacefully Tuesday evening,December 28, 2021, at Glens Falls Hospital with her family by her side.

Born January1, 1949 in Glens Falls, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Bertha(Mondoux) Gaulin.

On June 18,1988, Susan married Jeffery Ringer at the Cartier Farm in Fort Ann.

Susan workedmany years in retail for Ames and then Home Depot.

She enjoyedlatch hooking in her quiet time, creating crafts for her family and friends. Susan was a devoted Washington Redskins fanand never missed watching a game. Mostimportantly, Susan loved spending time with her family.

Besides herparents she was predeceased by her brothers, Bernard Gaulin and Larry Gaulin;her daughter, Susan Bryans and her daughter in law, Noel Edwards.

Survivorsinclude her husband of 33 years, Jeffery ‘Doughnut” Ringer of Hudson Falls; herchildren, Steve Edwards of Hudson Falls and Scott Smith and his, wife Jenniferof Warrensburg; 7 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her brother, JackGaulin and his wife, Kathy of VA; her mother in law and father in law, Marylouand Emil Novohradsky; her sister in law, Mary Lou Brown of South Glens Falls;as well as several nieces and nephews.

HUDSON FALLS– Heaven gained another angel when, Monica Hawsey, 45, of John St., passed awaypeacefully in her sleep.

BornFebruary 1, 1976 in Monroe, LA she was the daughter of Sheila Stone ofStillwater and the late Kenneth Hawsey.

Monica was agraduate of Schuylerville High School.

In 1999,Monica married Michael J. Hunt in Glens Falls.

Monica lovedher job as a social worker. She had apassion for helping others and took great pride in her career while working forthe Fresh Air Fund. Monica enjoyedgardening and being outdoors. She had agreen thumb and could grow any flowers and vegetables, often soliciting helpfrom her children to pull weeds. Herchildren were her world. There wasn’tanything she wouldn’t do for them and they made many wonderful memories takingtrips to museums, zoo’s and various family vacations. Although her time here was short, she livedlife to the fullest and will be missed by all those who loved her. Monica is now reunited with her beloved dog,Yuri.

Besides her mother, Monica was survived by her husband, Michael J. Hunt of Glens Falls; her children, Matthew, Mariah, Logan, Jelissa and Elivia; her two grandchildren, Nevaeh and Annabell; and her siblings, Bryan, Rachel, Joshua and Kenneth, Jr.

Acelebration of life will be held at a later date.

Kathleen Belle (Dickinson) Cary

On May 24,1930 Kathleen Belle (Dickinson) Cary entered into this world as the daughter ofNellie (Green) and Elwood Dickinson of Gansevoort, NY. Raised on the familyfarm with four other siblings, (Edna Kobor, Lyle, Lawrence and Floyd Dickinson)on Dickinson Lane off West River Road, she attended the two-room countryschoolhouse down the same road that her father did until she completed thesixth grade. After that, school districts became centralized and she thenattended and graduated from Fort Edward High School with a two-yearinterruption when she was at the Homestead Sanatorium recovering fromtuberculosis.

On July 9th,1950, Kathleen married Richard C. Cary of Durkeetown at the Quaker FriendsMeetinghouse in South Glens Falls. Her husband was a farmer’s hired hand, thelongest being on the McEachron farm in West Hebron. On January 1, 1967, dad and mom bought theirown dairy farm in Easton, New York. Aswell as full time homemaker, mom pitched in when needed with the farm work, especiallyduring haying time in spite of her asthma. She then went on to work for hernephew, Dale Dickinson’s Dickinson’s World of Food Service and also worked forToadflax Nursery. She also babysat fora few grand nieces and nephews, took care of the elderly until she becamestricken with a spinal stroke and was no longer able to work. After the passingof her husband mom went into assisted living, the Home of the Good Shepherd ofWilton, and in recent years, Baptist Health Nursing Home and RehabilitationCenter of Scotia.

Mom leftbehind the burdens and cares of this earthly life on December 24, 2021 at theage of 91 years. She demonstrated every day that her main purpose in life wasto gain the approval of her Heavenly Father. She was a testimony in her ownright of having a contented spirit as she struggled with different adversitiesin her life.

She waspreceded in death besides her parents and husband, and her four siblings, agrandson, Ian Richard Cary who passed away on her birthday in 1999.

Left behind to mourn her passing but rejoicing that she has now entered into heavenly peace are a sister-in-law, Marcia Bunzey of Cobleskill, NY and her four children; Philip (Jennifer) Cary of Phoenix, AZ, Marlene (James) Bradley of Schenectady, NY, Ronald (Rhonda) Cary of Phoenix, AZ and Kimberly (Charles) Romero of Wiggins, CO as well as grandchildren Jaime (Jonathan) Zorich, Matthew (Stacy) Bradley, Alyssa (Juan) Andrade, Stephanie (Rory) Stark, Margaret (Matt) Morrissey, Jessica (Andy) Halseth, Kathleen Bradley, Marc (Kalie) Romero, Michael Romero , Sarah (Thomas) Bradley, Allison (Anthony) Eslick along with two great grandsons, Owen Morrissey and Guy Bradley and five great granddaughters,
Natalia Andrade, India Starks, Olive Stark, Jemma Stark and Kathleen Morrissey, numerous nieces and nephews and grand and great grand nieces and nephews.

Friends maycall Monday, January 3, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at the Carleton FuneralHome, Inc., 68 Main St., in Hudson Falls.All visitors are required to wear a face mask upon entering thebuilding, regardless of vaccination status.

HUDSON FALLS – Richard “Dick” Murray, 74, of Hudson Falls,passed away peacefully on Monday, December 27, 2021 at his home, with his wifeby his side.

Born July 27, 1947 in Glens Falls, he was the son of thelate Arthur Murray and Marjorie (Taylor) Gosline.

Dick was a 1967 graduate of Hudson Falls High School. Afterhis graduation, he served his country proudly in the United States Air Force,until his discharge in 1971.

On July 28, 1968, he married the love of his life, DianeSipowicz at St. Mary’s Church in Hudson Falls. He worked for 37 years atGeneral Electric in Fort Edward, retiring as a welder in 2007.

Dick was a member of the Salmon Pond Club in Blue MountainLake and enjoyed hunting there and throughout Lowville. He was a member of theAmerican Legion, Post 574 in Hudson Falls and was a member and past director ofthe American Legion Riders. He loved riding his Harley with his wife by hisside. Dick and his wife made many trips across the east coast riding theirHarleys, visiting Florida, Maine and Tennessee to name a few. They also vacationed together to Jamaica,Alaska, National Parks, Maine and Florida.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Diane Murray ofHudson Falls; his son, Michael Murray of Hudson Falls; a brother, DanielGosline and his children, Danny, Bill and Taylor; his best friends, Mike Ringerand Jerry Harrington; as well as many brothers and sisters in law, nieces,nephews and cousins.

Hudson Falls- John V.“Speez”Spizzo, Jr. passed away in his sleep on December 25, 2021.

John was born on October9th,1932 to the late Filomenia (Serraino) and John Spizzo, Sr. in Whitehall,N.Y.

John graduated fromWhitehall High School in 1950.

He enlisted in theNational Guard at 16, while still in High School.

Upon graduation Johnwent into the U.S. Air Force. He proudly served for four years as a StaffSergeant at Sampson Air Force Base in Seneca Lake, NY. John was a basictraining drill instructor and was very proud of the many soldiers hetrained.

On May 22, 1955 hemarried Beverly Rivette at Our Lady of Angels Church in Whitehall, NY.They were married 65 years until her death in May 2020.

After serving in the AirForce, John and Beverly settled in Whitehall, NY to raise theirfamily.He worked at a sheet metal facility in Whitehall untileventually going to work for Sandy Hill Iron and Brass in Hudson Falls,NY.In 1965 the family moved to Hudson Falls.Johnretired from Sandy Hill after 30+ years.

John loved playingsports. He was an avid bowlerwinning many trophies. Hewas a softball pitcher in several men’s leagues and was an excellent swimmerand diver.He loved gambling.John could be seen at OTB “playingthe ponies”, sports betting,playing poker several times a weekwith friends and then eventually buying scratch off tickets, hoping to get the“big win”.John’s competitive nature never waned, while athis nursing home residence he got into some heated discussions while playingBINGO!

John’s love of sportsled him into youth coaching.He started coaching Little League Teamsand eventually coached American Legion Baseball for about 20 years, havingseveral championship teams.He loved his boys of Summer and tookgreat pride in staying in contact with them and celebrating theirsuccesses.He was a baseball umpire for local High School teams andwas always on the lookout while watching the teams, recruiting for his LegionBaseball team.

After John retired fromSandy Hill Iron and Brass, he went to work for the Hudson Falls RecreationDepartment.He prepared the Derby Park fields for softball andsoccer games.In the winter, he ran the Wall Street Ice Skating pondfor several years.He loved watching all the skaters young andold.That is where his two grandsons first skated.

Besides his parents andwife, Beverly; John was predeceased by his brother Vincent Spizzo, sisterMadeline Russo; sister -in-laws Loretta Spizzo and Michele Fuller; brother-in-lawsWalter Rivette, Jr. and John Long.

John is survived by hisdaughter Debbie (Michael) LaPan of South Glens Falls; and the pride and joy ofhis life, his grandsons, Kristopher (Carrie) LaPan of Saratoga and KameronLaPan of Columbus, Ohio.

He is also survived byhis brother, Anthony Spizzo (Jackie Russo) of South Glens Falls and Clearwater,Florida; his brother and sister-in-laws, William (Gloria) Rivette of Berea, Ohio, ElaineRivette of Lake George,Joan (George) Durett of Queensbury, Joseph (Marty)Sorrentino of Colchester, Vermont, Marina (Richard) Bolster of Malone,Nancy Long of Hadley Luzerne and Charles Fuller of Glens Falls; and alsosurvived by many nieces and nephews and several cousins.

Anyone who met“Speez”, never forgot him.He had a commanding personalitythat took over a room.He loved being in charge, everyone wassupposed to follow his lead.He did many great things for hiscommunity, his family and friends and will be greatly missed! We love you Dad!

HUDSON FALLS – Jenny “Jen” Clark, 55, of Main Street, wentto join her parents on Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24, 2021.

Born on May 4, 1966 in Ware, MA, she was the daughter ofthe late Frederick and Linda (McKittrick) Lyng, Sr.

Jen attended Fort Edward High School and soon after,married Fredrick Clark on July 28, 1984.They were blessed with three sons, whom she adored.

Jen was well known in the community for listening to herscanner. She always knew what washappening, sometimes before it even happened.If sirens blew in Hudson Falls, family and friends would call Jen to getupdates on what was happening. She was aselfless person, who always looked out for others. Everything that Jen had, she shared with herfamily and friends. As the saying goes,“she would give you the shirt off her back”.If you knew Jen, you would remember her sitting on a bench in JuckettPark with a cup of coffee. Through theyears, she has taken care of many children, but her great nephew, Brendon,always held a special place in her heart.Jen loved her dog, Gizmo and her cats, Jumper and Simba, but nothing wasmore important to her than her family, especially her five grandchildren.

Survivors include her three sons, Shawn (Jessica) Clark ofHudson Falls, Joshua (Kyli) Clark of Glens Falls and Sgt. Justin (Amber)Walkup-Clark of NC; her five grandchildren, Ayden Clark, Ryann Clark, KaydenceClark, Gionna Walkup-Clark and Axl Walkup-Clark; her stepfather, Cecil Squiresof Thurman; her siblings, Brenda (Bruno) Greenlaw of South Glens Falls, Stacy(Henry) Keith of Warrensburg, Frederick (Rebecca) Lyng of Fort Edward and AprilLyng of Hudson Falls; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

FORT EDWARD– Edward “T-Joe” Phillips, 55, of Fort Edward, passed away on December 23,2021, at the Glens Falls Hospital due to complications from Covid-19.

Born on May3, 1966, he was the son of Sharon M. (Vaughn) Phillips.

T-Joeattended Hudson Falls High School. Afterhigh school, he became a stay at home dad to his boys. Later in years he married Penny (DeSabrais)Phillips.

He lovedspending his time restoring his 1967 Chevy Short Box Pickup truck and feelingthe wind on his face while riding his Harley.His family and friends kindly referred to him as “Big Sexy”.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his sister, Denise Oudekerk, his maternal grandparents, Charles Vaughn and J. Helen Vaughn, his paternal grandparents, Ernest and Margaret “Peggy” Phillips, his uncle, Paul Vaughn and his great niece, Anne Marie Sawn.

He issurvived by his two sons, Matthew W. Phillips and Zachary J. Phillips, both ofHudson Falls; grandchild, Jaymez of Hudson Falls; his mother, Sharon M.Phillips of Glens Falls; his siblings, Barbara Durham (Cal) of Fort Edward,JoAnne Lockwood of Coxsackie, Gerri Anne Rockwood (Joseph) of Coxsackie andJoseph Phillips (Carrie) of Warrensburg; and many nieces, nephews and cousins,who loved him dearly.

GANSEVOORT – “Jimmy” James Wayne Hall left usall to pursue his next guitar playing, music writing, recording , hunting andfishing excursion without warning after stay at the Saratoga Hospital chasingthe female doctors and nurses.

Jimmy made hisfirst appearance into the world on 22 July 1960 with his parents James AlfredHall and Loretta MJ Hall (Robbins). It wasn’t long after that Jimmy made itknown to everyone who knew him that he would be running out the door if hethought there was a big fish story lurking in the nearest body of water or abig buck waiting nearby. Of course, early on a guitar was always in his handsas he taught himself everything about music completely on his own. Later inJimmy’s life he expanded his horizons in music to include writing and recordinghis music. Jimmy’s family and friends always knew where to find him at allhours of the day and night. He would be in his version of a “ManCave”, his Music Room. HIs music room was his pride and joy. Jimmy’stalents also expanded to repairing and restoring vintage/antique boat motors totheir former glory right until this journey. He would frequently be foundtrying to grow the best tasting, largest vegetables in his garden, which heshared with everyone who expressed an interest. Jimmy could be seen picking theneighbors pear tree, eating as many as he could and hoping that he would getsomeone to make him some pear jelly.

Jimmy spent hisadult life between Queensbury, NY and Gansevoort, NY after graduating fromQueensbury High School and is best known for his adventures on the lake as anavid fisherman, in the woods chasing a buck and pursuing his lifelong passionand pursuit of music, while sharing his talents with anyone who would listenand teaching all who were willing to learn, until right before his leaving.Even after developing Parkinson’s disease later in his life, Jimmy did notstop. His passion to live, love,perform, record, and share only grew.

Jimmy loved allof his family deeply and especially his grandchildren, his brother Jeff and allof his friends.

Jimmy professedhis faith to Christianity by recording music for his church, letting the spiritof Christ live on through him by what he played.

Jimmy waspredeceased by his parents James and Loretta Hall of Glens Falls and hisbrother “Jeff” Jeffrey Hall of Corinth. He is survived by hisgirlfriend Dhee DeLeon; son, “AJ” Alfred Hall and his wife, Jessica;his grandchildren: Joseph Leigh, Tahlia Rosalee and Bryton James Hall; hissister Deb Stevens and her fiancée John Blaney; his sister Jana Shackett;sister-in-law Toni Hall; nephews: Dominic Wilson; Justin Wilson and his partnerCasey Scandore; Travis Skelton and his partner Rudy Gardner; Tyler Bouyea andhis partner Kaitlynn Sousis; Adam Hall and his wife Shaylyn Hall, Andy Hall,John Shackett; nieces Annette Smith and her husband Jason, Ashley Hall and herpartner Adam Vosh, Samantha Brown; Marie Pistoia; special cousins AprilDickenson and her husband Dave, Jim Hare and his wife Anna along with their sonJimmy; Tom Neddo, Pastor Derik Bartholomewof the Cornerstone Full Gospel Church; and Pastor Nathan Deming, WorshipPastor Walter Reilly of the Mount Zion Church; along with other family and dearlifelong friends.

We would like tothank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Saratoga Hospital for making Jimmy’sfinal days here peaceful with their unparalleled care, compassion, andkindness.

There will be noservices, however a celebration of life for Jimmy will be announced at a laterdate.

HUDSON FALLS – Betty M. Webster, 76 of Hudson Falls, passedaway peacefully at home with her family at her side on Saturday, December 18,2021.

Born February 9, 1945 in Glens Falls, she was a life-longarea resident and daughter of the late Edward and Martha (Thompson) Dashnaw.

Betty married Gene Webster on May 1, 1965 and they shared31 years of marriage until Gene passed away August 8, 1996. Betty was employedfor many years at C.R. Bard in Glens Falls where she was a quality controltechnician. She was a very devout Roman Catholic and communicant of St.Mary’s/St. Paul’s Church in Hudson Falls where she was a member of the RosaryAlter Society and volunteered for many events and services including the ChurchBazaars.

Betty enjoyed working on puzzles and reading a good book.Mostly, she loved spending time with her sister, Nancy and niece, Martha.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she ispredeceased by two sisters, Shirley Rivers and Yvonne Rock; and her brother,Daniel Dashnaw.

She is survived by her son, David Webster and his wife,Laura of Hudson Falls; a grandson, Dawson Webster of Hudson Falls; agranddaughter, Elizabeth Linendoll and her husband, Bradley of GreenfieldCenter; her great-grandson, Hayden Linendoll; her sister, Nancy Fish of HudsonFalls; a brother, David Dashnaw of Colorado; and several nieces, nephews,great-nieces and great-nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday,December 27, 2021 at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in HudsonFalls. All visitors are required to wear a face mask upon entering thebuilding.

Rite of committal will take place in the spring at UnionCemetery in Fort Edward.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in hername to High Peaks Hospice, 454 Glen Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801 or to theC.R. Wood Cancer Center, 100 Park Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801.

FORT EDWARD – Charles L.Fuller, 95, of Fort Edward, passed away Sunday morning, December 19, 2021 atGlens Falls Hospital.

Born on August 27, 1926 inAlbany, NY, he was a life-long area resident and son of the late Warren A.Fuller and the late Laura (Burdick) Fuller Randall.

Charles was a graduate ofHudson Falls High School and a Veteran of World War II, serving in the UnitedStates Army Air Corps. On August 2, 1974, he married Mary M. Barot in HudsonFalls.

Charles worked for 34 years atGeneral Electric, Co. in Fort Edward, retiring in 1987. He was an outdoorsmanwho loved hunting, an avid snowmobiler and a member of the BarnstormersSnowmobile Club in Kingsbury. Charles and Mary enjoyed traveling around the countryin their motor home, visiting friends and relatives in their travels. For thelast 20 years, they spend their winters in Leesburg, Florida and made manymemories there. Charles was also a member of the Village Baptist Church in FortEdward.

Charles is predeceased by hisbeloved dogs, Toma, Scruffy and Pierre.

He is survived by his loving wifeof 43 years, Mary M. Fuller of Fort Edward; and his son, James C. Fuller ofFort Edward.

Friends may call from 1:00p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at the Carleton Funeral Home,Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls. A funeral service will follow at 3:00p.m. at the funeral home where Pastor Peggy Norton will officiate.

All visitors are required towear facemasks upon entering the building.

Burial with military honorswill be in the Spring at Moss Street Cemetery in Hudson Falls.

Memorial contributions may bemade in his memory to the Fort Edward Rescue Squad, In. PO Box 226, FortEdward, NY 12828, or to the Village Baptist Church, 131 Broadway, Fort Edward,NY 12828.

QUEENSBURY – Allan Walter “Bud” Chatterton, 84, passed away Thursday morning, December 16, 2021, at his home with his family by his side.

Bornon January 28, 1937 in Indian Lake, he was the son of the late Loren and Minnie(Moulton) Chatterton.

Allan wasa graduate of Indian Lake High School.After graduation, he proudly served in the United States Army, where hewas stationed in Tokyo, Japan for much of his service.

Heretired from Web Graphics after 28 years of dedicated work.

Allanenjoyed playing bingo and playing slots at the casinos. He spent a lot of time at the Saratoga Racinoand made many memorable trips to Atlantic City. In his younger years, hefollowed and bet on the horse races.Allan enjoyed completing jigsaw puzzles in his quiet time. Most of all,he adored spending time with his family and spoiling his nieces and nephews.

Inaddition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers, Loren Walter, LorenVictor, Ruben, Glen, Neil and Alan; and his sisters, Mavis Blanchard and AliceBates.

Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Loretta Dickinson of Kingsbury, Yvonne Flewelling and her husband, Peter of Queensbury and Vivian DeLong and her husband, Ronald of Queensbury, as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Friendsmay call from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, December 20, 2021 at the CarletonFuneral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.

A funeralservice will follow the calling hour, 1 p.m., at the funeral home. All visitorsare required to wear a face mask upon entering the building.

Burialwith full military honors will follow the services at 2:30 p.m. at the GeraldB.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Rd, in Schuylerville.

Donations in memory of Allan may be made to High Peaks Hospice, 454 Glen St., Glens Falls, NY 12801.
